Stainless Steel Time Capsule $25
16" Stone Mold $145
8" Stone Mold $60
Concrete $6
Fiberglass additive for concrete $12
Gorilla Tape $12
Directions:
1.Order or 3D Print all items needed for Project List
2.Put all items that you want to put in the time capsule in the time capsule
3.Apply Silicon rings, bolts, hardware, etc while leaving room for Argon Gas Exchange
4.Complete Argon Gas Exchange and Seal Time Capsule
5.Place Sealed Time Capsule in a Sealed Plastic Bag with Additional Silica Packet
6.Spray Quick Release on the inside of the inner mold
7.Place the Bag/Time Capsule inside of the inner mold
8.Seal the inner mold using Gorilla Tape
9.Spray insullating foam in inner mold
11.Wait 24 hours for foam to harden
12.Remove tape from inner mold and release foam core
13.Wrap foam core with gorilla tape if necessary to ensure integrity
15.Apply wood stabalizers to foam core
16.Gorilla Tape 3D printed inserts of year and opening instructions to the inside of outer mold
17.Spray Quick Release on the inside of the outer mold
18.Place the inner core inside of the outer mold
19.Seal the outer mold using Gorilla Tape
20.Mix the concrete
21.Add Fiberglass for added strength
22.Pour concrete into mold
23.Vibrate outer mold with orbital sander to remove air pockets
24.Wipe off outer mold
25.Wait 72 hours for concrete to harden
26.Remove tape from outer mold and release concrete
